These routes have it all - gorgeous high country terrain, massive snow-capped peaks and iconic sun-soaked lakes. A backpacking trip that is truly once in a lifetime!

This 18 mile backpacking trip is best completed over 3 days to allow time to enjoy both lakes. There are two route options provided - one route is rated moderate difficulty and the other route is rated challenging as it includes steep switchbacks, loose rock and significantly more climbing.
